We collect the contact details and project information you submit through our forms — such as name, company, email, part numbers, and uploaded drawings — solely to respond to your inquiry and provide engineering support.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare quotes, perform DFM reviews, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your data. Drawings and technical data are stored on controlled servers and accessed only by the engineers assigned to your project.
