Quality & Compliance

HiHarness is a supply-chain integrator. We are straight about what that means: system certifications sit with our audited partner factories, while our own 100% testing regimen and IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship are claims we stand behind directly.

How we handle compliance

Three categories, three honest statements — worded so your due-diligence team never finds a claim we can't back up.

System certifications
Sourced from certified partner factories
IATF 16949 · ISO 9001 · ISO 13485

System certifications belong to our source partner factories, not to HiHarness as an integrator. We select and audit partners whose systems match your program, and we can share the relevant factory certificates for your supplier qualification.

Product compliance
Product compliance matched to your target market
UL · RoHS · REACH

We specify materials and components so the finished assembly meets the product-compliance requirements of your target market, and provide the corresponding declarations and test data for your build.

Workmanship standard
Built to the IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standard
IPC/WHMA-A-620

IPC/WHMA-A-620 is a public workmanship standard we build and inspect to — a claim we make directly. Class 2 by default, Class 3 available where your application requires it.

Certifications matched to your requirements; documentation available on request.

Our own testing & traceability

These are HiHarness processes we perform and document ourselves on every order.

100% Electrical Test

Continuity, mis-wire, and short-circuit testing on every assembly via automated testers.

Hipot & Insulation

High-voltage insulation testing where the application requires it.

FAI Reports

Formal First Article Inspection reports signed off before mass production.

Full Traceability

Serial numbers link raw-material batch to process, test record, and shipment.
