These terms govern your use of the HiHarness website and the engineering, quoting, and manufacturing services offered through it. By submitting an inquiry you agree to these terms.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are based on the specifications and quantities you provide and are valid for the period stated. Orders are confirmed on receipt of a purchase order and, where applicable, an approved First Article Inspection.
Equivalence disclaimer
HiHarness products are independently manufactured Form-Fit-Function equivalents. Brand names referenced (e.g. LEMO, ODU, Amass, Molex) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe cross-compatibility. HiHarness is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.
Warranty
We warrant our assemblies against manufacturing defects for 12 months under normal use. Defective products will be replaced free of charge.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of designs you submit. We treat all customer drawings and data as confidential and can execute an NDA on request.
